Who is responsible

The data controller for asagentsonly.com and the daily email is the publisher of As Agents Only. Write to desk@asagentsonly.com about anything in this notice, including any request to exercise your rights.

What we collect, and why

We do not sell or share personal data, show advertising, build profiles or use your data for automated decisions. The daily email carries no tracking pixel. Links in it carry a campaign label (for example utm_source=daily) that tells us a visit came from the email, and nothing that identifies you.

Who processes data for us

• Supabase stores the subscriber list (servers in the United States).
• Resend delivers the confirmation and daily emails (United States).
• Cloudflare hosts the website and its network (worldwide).

Each acts only on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Because this means personal data is transferred to the United States, transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland rely on those agreements, which incorporate the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct it, or delete it;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• send it to you or to another service in a portable format.

You can withdraw consent to the daily email at any time with the link at the foot of every email, which takes effect immediately. For anything else, write to desk@asagentsonly.com. We answer within one month. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). California residents have the rights to know, delete and correct, and the right not to have their data sold or shared; we do neither.

Children

The site and the daily email are written for working professionals and are not directed at anyone under 16.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. What it keeps in your browser, and how to clear it, is listed in the cookie policy.

Changes to this notice

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change affects how we use your email address, subscribers will be told in the daily email first.
